TRB Webinar: Understanding Pavements – Long-Term Pavement Performance Program Updates

The Long-Term Pavement Performance (LTPP) program continues to monitor the performance of pavement test sections throughout the country. TRB will host a webinar on Thursday, February 4, 2021 from 1:00-2:30 PM Eastern to share the program’s most recent activities. Presenters will discuss the initiative taken by the program to update the data analysis plan which affect many state departments of transportation. They will also discuss the expansion of the LTPP InfoPave™ web portal by highlighting FHWA InfoMaterials™. This webinar will also recognize winners of the 2019-2020 data analysis student contest, and one winner will present his paper.

The first 60 minutes of the webinar will be for presentations and the final 30 minutes will be reserved for audience questions.

At the end of this webinar, participants will be able to:

1. Identify current and ongoing LTPP program activities
2. Discuss how the LTPP program supports state transportation agencies
3. Identify how to get involved and who to contact at the program level

Professional Development Hour Information

Professional engineers (PEs) who register and attend the entire webinar as an individual will be awarded 1.5 Professional Development Hours (PDHs). TRB’s webinar program awards PDH credits only to the registered individual, and not to other members of a group that view the webinar together. To be eligible for the credits, individuals must remain signed in for the entire webinar, including for any question and answer session following the presentations.
