TRB Webinar: Learning about and Using the Research in Progress (RiP) Database Search Interface
TRB conducted a webinar on August 14, 2013 that provided users of TRB’s Research in Progress (RiP) website with information about RiP’s search interface. View the
recorded webinar.
The RiP Database is a leading tool for transportation professionals to stay updated on current or recently-completed transportation research projects. This webinar provides guidance on how to:
- Search the entire RiP Database by various fields;
- Browse project records by subject category;
- Use a look-up for searching by index terms, individuals, organizations or location;
- Subscribe to receive e-mail notification of new RiP records in specific subject areas; and
- Export records.
*Note: This webinar also addressed adding, modifying, and deleting RiP records. A new data entry interface was introduced in August 2015, so this information has been superseded by the August 6, 2015 webinar
Using the New Research in Progress (RIP) Project Entry Interface.
