TRB is accepting webinar suggestion forms
for the 2018 calendar year. Webinar suggestion forms are due October 15, 2017, and selected webinar proposals will be scheduled between January 1 and June 30, 2018.
Webinar suggestion forms can be submitted at any time. Proposals submitted by March 15 will be scheduled from July-December of the same year. Proposals submitted by October 15 will be scheduled from January-June of the following calendar year. Proposals that involve transformational technologies, resilience, and public health may be scheduled off-cycle upon review and scheduling availability.
If you intend to submit multiple requests, you may use the “Bulk Webinar Suggestion Form” by contacting EFerrell@nas.edu
. Please indicate on the bulk webinar submission form the priority for each webinar (i.e., first priority, second priority, etc.).

As you are drafting your webinar suggestion, please review the Partnering/Co-sponsoring guidance for webinars:
- The term “sponsor or co-sponsorship” should be used when TRB has an active role in organizing an event hosted by another entity.
- The phrase “in partnership with” should be used when another organization has an active speaking role in the webinar.
- The phrase “in cooperation with” should be used when another organization only assists in marketing and lets us use their logo.
- The phrase “organized by” should be used when the webinar suggestion has been submitted by a TRB Standing Committee.
