The Colorado Department of Transportation has released a report that documents the effectiveness of surface maintenance treatments applied to low-volume roads (LVRs) in Colorado. This research analyzes different long-term treatments for fatigue, longitudinal cracking, and transverse cracking on chip seals and thin overlays. This is the second phase of a two-phase report.
