Review of the Benefit-Cost Analysis Process for the TIGER Discretionary Grant Program
The U.S. Department of Transportation’s Office of the Inspector General has released a report that assesses the policies and procedures for determining which Transportation Investment Generating Economic Recovery (TIGER) grant applications are forwarded for further review. As part of the selection process for TIGER grants, an analysis of each applicant’s benefit-cost is evaluated.
