National Cooperative Freight Research Program

The National Cooperative Freight Research Program (NCFRP) conducts research and disseminates timely findings that will inform investment and operations decisions affecting the performance of the freight transportation system.

HIGHLIGHTS

• The NCFRP announced its FY 2012 program. Note: The FY 2012 program had been held in abeyance pending a decision by the US Department of Transportation on the availability of FY 2012 funding. A favorable decision has been made; the FY 2012 projects in the original announcement will now be advanced.
