TRB conducted a webinar on June 18, 2015, from 2:00pm to 3:30pm ET that featured research conducted by TRB’s Airport Cooperative Research Program (ACRP) on business planning for disruptive or irregular airport operations. Webinar presenters described best practices and practical applications in adopting a plan for sustained operational resiliency in the face of disruptions. Ways to evaluate and measure the effectiveness of such a plan were also discussed.

- Describe how to evaluate the value of projects that airports implement to reduce the disruptive impact of irregular operations using the ACRP-developed decision support software.
