Evaluation of Post Flooding Shoulder Reconditioning
The Ohio Department of Transportation (ODOT) has released a report that evaluates the current ODOT practice for shoulder reconditioning. This evaluation is completed by reviewing specifications, making site observations, discussing reconditioning with the maintenance crew, and developing laboratory tests of the adopted materials. The research was conducted in order to find a permanent, easy-to-implement, cost- and time-effective solution to post-flood shoulder reconditioning.
