A Special "Thank You" to ITS America

In a normal year, ITS America hosts a member cocktail reception one evening during the TRB Annual Meeting. Since the in-person meeting has gone virtual next month, the organization used part of what it budgets for the TRBAM event instead as a contribution to the TRB Minority Student Fellows Program.

The TRB program seeks to increase the number of underrepresented minorities in the transportation field and in TRB activities. We greatly appreciate and thank ITS America for this exceptionally kind contribution to a program that is an important part of TRB's and the National Academies of Sciences, Engineering, and Medicines Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion initiatives.
