Guide for Effective Tribal Crash Reporting
TRB’s National Cooperative Highway Research Program (NCHRP) Report 788: Guide for Effective Tribal Crash Reporting presents guidance for state agencies and tribal leaders in effective crash
reporting. The guidebook reviews the root causes of issues and deficiencies related to tribal crash reporting, and highlights best practices, success stories, lessons learned, published literature, and data from tribes and states that were involved in the data collection and analysis phase of this project.
The guide is accompanied by a CD containing a supplemental report documenting the research approach and findings, and flyers intended for use as handouts and reference material at meetings, conferences, and events.
The CD-ROM is also available for download from TRB’s website as an ISO image. Links to the ISO image and instructions for burning a CD-ROM from an ISO image are provided below.
