TRB’s Transportation Research Record: Journal of the Transportation Research Board, No. 2119 includes 16 papers that explore integrating climate change into transportation plans, visualizing long-range health of rural corridors, cap-and-trade, system-level performance measures and targets, evacuating the carless, application of TELUM (transportation, economic, and land use model software), and e-government service offerings and website content of metropolitan planning organizations (MPOs).
