Sustainable Mitigation of Stormwater Runoff through Fully Permeable Pavement
The National Center for Sustainable Transportation at the University of California at Davis has released a report that summarizes the implementation of a new fully permeable pavement design method by the University of California Pavement Research Center. Fully permeable pavements are characterized as those in which all layers are porous, and the pavement structure serves as a reservoir to store water and minimize the negative impacts of stormwater spillover.
