Surface Access to Airports: The Case of Mexico City’s New International Airport
The International Transport Forum has released a report that reviews the planning framework for airport expansion and decisions to invest in rail, metro and bus links to airports in various cities. This report was conducted as a result of Mexico City’s airport operating close to capacity and thus needing to be replaced. This report seeks to inform policy toward surface access to the new airport in Mexico City.
