Understanding Roadway Safety in American Indian Reservations: Perceptions and Management of Risk by Community, Tribal Governments, and Other Safety Leaders
The Center for Transportation Studies at the University of Minnesota has released a report that addresses the unusually high rates of roadway fatalities and injuries among American Indians. The goal of this report is to interpret the sources of risk and options to improve roadway safety in American Indian reservations.
