TRB's webinars are produced with funding received from TRB Sponsors and TRB Cobalt and Titanium Global Affiliates. Accordingly, employees of TRB Sponsors and TRB Cobalt and Titanium Global Affiliates may attend the session without a fee. TRB Sponsors include State Sponsors from the highway and transportation departments of the 50 states and D.C., and select Federal and Non-Profit Sponsors.

In addition to employees of TRB Sponsors and TRB Sustaining Affiliates, the following are eligible to receive complimentary webinar registration:

TRB and National Academies employees;
Chairs of TRB standing technical committees, sections, or groups;
CRP panel members who were involved with developing the report or project that is the subject of the webinar;
Employees of tribal governments;
Members of the media; and
Members of Congress or their staff.

TRB charges a registration fee to other attendees in order to recover some of the costs associated with hosting the webinars. Some TRB webinars offer free registration for all participants. Please view the individual webinar announcement for pricing information.
