The International Energy Agency has released a report that explores trends in energy use and emissions by business sector, country, and region. The special early excerpt discusses ways that the energy sector can reduce greenhouse gas emissions, to inform negotiations leading to the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change Conference in Copenhagen, Denmark, in December 2009.
