TRB Annual Meeting

Last Chance to Register Before Fees Increase

This Friday, December 3, is the early bird registration deadline, and your last chance to register before the fees increase. And hotels are already selling out, so don’t wait to register and book your hotel room. Visit the housing page to learn more about the hotels that are still available.

Browse our Spotlight Sessions

The theme for the 2022 Annual Meeting is "Innovating an Equitable, Resilient, Sustainable, and Safe Transportation System." The Spotlight Sessions cover all transportation modes and address topics of interest to policy makers, administrators, practitioners, researchers, and representatives of government, industry, and academic institutions.

Coronavirus (COVID-19) Protocols

All attendees at the TRB Annual Meeting are required to be fully vaccinated for COVID-19, meaning that at least two weeks have passed since you received either a one-dose vaccine or the second dose of a two-dose vaccine. Any vaccine on the World Health Organization’s approved list is acceptable. TRB reserves the right to require proof of vaccination (original or photo) onsite.

Also, all attendees are required to wear protective masks throughout the meeting, except when actively eating or drinking or when speaking from a lectern that is six or more feet away from others.

For more details, visit the COVID-19 Health and Safety Procedures page.

Submit Your Abstract to the Three-Minute Thesis Workshop

TRB’s Young Members' Subcommittees are sponsoring the Three-Minute Thesis Workshop. Young TRB participants are invited to present their research within three minutes in a way that workshop attendees from all modes of transportation can absorb key objectives and findings of the research. Abstracts are due December 17.
