TRB Annual Meeting Call for Papers

TRB's 2023 TRB Annual Meeting Call for Papers will open June 1. Help spread the word to potential authors about any given Standing Technical Committee's range of interests. Encourage the submission of papers addressing new or critical topics. Anyone can propose a Call for Papers, but all must be sponsored by a TRB Standing Technical Committee. To submit a Call for Papers by May 25, log into MyTRB, find the Annual Meeting tab, and then go to the Calls for Papers tab.

NCHRP Research Report 995: Guidelines for Treatments to Mitigate Opposite Direction Crashes. From 2016 through 2018, there were more than 19,200 vehicles in the United States involved in opposite direction crashes that resulted in a fatality. Approximately 68 percent of these crashes occurred on two-lane roadways.
