14th Conference on Cold Regions Engineering

TRB is cosponsoring the 14th Conference on Cold Regions Engineering on August 30, to September 2, 2009, in Duluth, Minnesota. The theme for the conference is cold regions impacts on research-design-Ccnstruction.  General topics to be covered include roads, pipelines, environment, frost action, infrastructure, railroads, airports, constuction, and structures.
