TRB is sponsoring the Developing a Research Agenda for Transportation Infrastructure Preservation and Renewal Conference on November 12–13, 2009, in Washington, D.C.  The conference is designed to explore infrastructure preservation problems, needs, and achievements, with the goal of identifying potential opportunities for research in managing and preserving surface transportation infrastructure.  The preliminary program for the meeting is now available.  Early Bird registration ends September 17, 2009.
