TRB with the support of the Research and Innovative Technology Administration is sponsoring Improving Roadway Safety Programs Through University-Agency Partnerships: A Conference on November 2-3, 2011, in Washington, D.C. The focus of this conference will be university-transportation agency partnerships for safety and the role these partnerships can play in helping to develop the analytical and workforce expertise needed to support new roadway safety analysis, research, programs, and cultural tools.
