Incorporating Long-Distance Travel into Transportation Planning in the United States
The Institute of Transportation Studies at the University of California at Davis has released a report that establishes a framework for long-distance data collection that redefines long-distance travel. The goal of this report is to update the existing planning framework to include long-distance travel in order to create a more sustainable global transportation system.
