Evaluating Vegetation Management Practices for Woody and Herbaceous Vegetation Phase III
The Ohio Department of Transportation (ODOT) has released a report that identifies and evaluates vegetation management practices ODOT Districts can implement to increase efficiency and cost-effectiveness of roadside maintenance activities that improve worker safety, foster safe highway use by the traveling public, and improve roadside aesthetics. The report includes arboricultural training and professional development for ODOT staff as recommended in Phase II of the project.
