Recommended Performance-Related Specification for Hot-Mix Asphalt Construction

TRB's NCHRP Report 455, Recommended Performance-Related Specification for Hot-Mix Asphalt Construction: Results of the WesTrack Project, provides an overview of the WesTrack accelerated pavement testing experiment; a detailed description of its principal product, a performance-related specification for hot-mix asphalt; and a summary of observations made and lessons learned during the course of the program.  The contractor’s technical reports used for development of NCHRP Report 455 were published as NCHRP Web-Only Document 111.
