Highway Safety: Behavior, Management, and Roundabouts

TRB’s Transportation Research Record: Journal of the Transportation Research Board, No. 2182 contains 18 papers that explore ways to monitor drinking, technology to tell novice drivers how to drive, driving and crash histories of illegal street racing offenders, seat belt use on school buses, and speed enforcement cameras.
