Exhibits – Information for Attendees
Plan now to visit the Annual Meeting exhibit hall to experience, firsthand, a showcase of the newest transportation-related products, services, and innovations. As an extension of the educational programming, the exhibits will expand your knowledge of the industry, providing another format venue for the 2011 spotlight theme Transportation, Livability, and Economic Development in a Changing World.
View and interactively search for exhibiting organizations online as well as view and print the floor plan in real time.
Patron
Become a TRB 90th Annual Meeting Patron to receive a portfolio of benefits and exposure for $5,000.
- Two complimentary registrations (approximate value $1,750)
- Option to reserve a hotel hospitality suite in one of the three meeting hotels (based on availability). Form will be sent by September 1.
- Listing as an Annual Meeting Patron on the TRB Annual Meeting website, including your organization's logo and a link to its website
- Recognition of your organization and a link to its website in a December issue of TRB’s E-Newsletter, with approximate circulation of 33,000 (if received by December 30)
- Listing (organization name and logo) in the printed Final Program distributed to all registered attendees (if received by December 10)
- Recognition at the following meeting activities: Chairman’s Luncheon, New and Young Attendee Welcome Session, Technical Activities Division Group Section Chairs, and TRB State Representatives meetings
- Mention and thanks on TRB's Twitter page for Patrons' contribution to the meeting
- Access to TRB Annual Meeting Online (a collection of information from the meeting)
- Recorded Sessions—full audio and video of more than 40 high-profile sessions
- Visual Aid Presentations—slide presentations from more than 3,000 program presenters
- Compendium of Papers—access to more than 1,800 papers
- Privilege of renting the TRB Annual Meeting Mailing Lists for a one-time use.
Exhibitor Presentations
Open only to confirmed TRB Annual Meeting exhibitors, presentation time slots are available at an additional cost of $1,000 on a first-come basis while openings last. The 45-minute presentations on products and services are in Hall C Exhibitor Theater concurrent with TRB Annual Meeting sessions. Complementing your exhibit, this opportunity offers a different setting to tell customers about new developments. Exhibitor presentations will be promoted on the Annual Meeting website in the Interactive Program and in the Final Program.
