Thank you for planning to attend the TRB 90th Annual Meeting. Meeting registration and hotel reservations have been available since August. Requests were processed on a first-come first-served basis. Hotel reservations will be accepted through January 4, 2011 or until the TRB room block is sold out. Hotel Cancellation Policy: Prior to January 4, 2011, any changes or cancellations must be submitted to the TRB Housing Bureau at TRB@jspargo.com in writing. Between January 4-10, 2011, changes/cancellations cannot be made to your reservation by either the TRB Housing Bureau or the hotels. After January 10, 2011, contact your confirmed hotel directly for changes or cancellations. If cancellation occurs within 72 hours of arrival or you are a no show, the credit card provided for arrival guarantee will be charged one night room and tax by the hotel.
