Attendee Hotel Reservations
Thank you for planning to attend the TRB 91st Annual Meeting. Meeting registration and hotel reservations have been available since August and the TRB block is sold out.
Between January 5-10, changes cannot be made to your reservation by the TRB Housing Bureau or the hotels because TRB reservations are being transferred into the hotel databases. After January 10, contact the hotels directly for new reservations, changes, or cancellations. Be sure to mention that you are with the TRB Annual Meeting to obtain the best possible rate if the group rate is no longer available. If cancellation occurs within 72 hours prior to arrival or you are a no-show, the credit card listed for the arrival guarantee will be charged one night room and tax.

TRB Shuttle: Complimentary shuttle service operates every 20 minutes between the Washington Marriott Wardman Park, Omni Shoreham, and Washington Hilton hotels. The Washington Marriott Wardman Park is the transfer location to access all other meeting hotels. Shuttles servicing The Churchill and Courtyard Marriott Northwest drop-off/pick-up at the Washington Hilton. Shuttles are wheelchair accessible.
