To make changes or to cancel an existing hotel reservation, note the following:

Between December 28 - January 3, changes cannot be made to your reservation by the TRB Housing Bureau or the hotels because TRB reservations are being transferred into the hotel databases.  After January 3, contact the hotels directly for new reservations, changes, or cancellations.  Be sure to mention that you are with the TRB Annual Meeting to obtain the best possible rate if the group rate is no longer available.  If cancellation occurs within 72 hours prior to arrival or you are a no-show, the credit card listed for the arrival guarantee will be charged one night room and tax.

TRB Shuttle: Complimentary shuttle service operates every 20 minutes during the times below between the Washington Marriott Wardman Park, Omni Shoreham, and Washington Hilton hotels.  Additional shuttle service runs between the overflow hotels (The Dupont Circle Hotel, Mayflower, and Palomar) and the Marriott, where attendees can pick up the shuttle to the Omni Shoreham and Washington Hilton Hotels.  Shuttles servicing The Churchill and Courtyard Marriott Northwest drop-off/pick-up at the Washington Hilton.  Shuttles servicing The Fairfax at Embassy Row drop-off/pick-up at Hotel Palomar.  Shuttles are wheelchair accessible.
