TRB’s National Cooperative Highway Research Program (NCHRP) Research Results Digest 341: Compliance Monitoring Tools provides an electronic library of tools that state departments of transportation can use to monitor compliance with Federal Transit Administration requirements for the subrecipients of FTA funds. The library of tools included in RRD 341 was published in a CD-ROM format.
