Geology and Properties of Earth Materials 2004
TRB’s Transportation Research Record: Journal of the Transportation Research Board 1874 presents research on aggregate properties and unbound aggregate base materials, waste and recycled materials, soil properties and geological engineering issues, and seasonal variations and spring load restrictions. This TRR Journal highlights a novel approach for the characterization of unbound materials; the use of recycled and waste materials in Indiana; the correlation between resilient modulus, moisture variation, and soil suction for subgrade soils; and a framework for analyzing effects of spring load restrictions.
Individual TRR Journals, which are published on an irregular basis throughout the year, consist of collections of peer-reviewed papers on specific transportation subject areas and modes. Abstracts of papers that make up this TRR are available through TRB's Publication Index. In the Series field type "Record & 1874" (without the quotation marks). After reviewing the abstracts, you will need to use your browser's "back" button to return to this screen in order to purchase the publication.
TRR Journals may also be purchased on an annual subscription basis. Each year, TRB publishes approximately 40 volumes of the TRR Journal, containing more than 650 papers grouped by subject.
