Review of the U.S. Customs and Border Protection’s Arrival Process at U.S. International Airports
The U.S. Government Accountability Office has released a report that examines the U.S. Customs and Border Protection’s (CPB) Model Ports program and subsequent travel and tourism facilitation initiatives at the 17 busiest U.S. international airports. The report also investigates the extent to which CBP has mechanisms to monitor and to report wait times at U.S. international airports.
