Webinar: Truck Size and Weight Research Priorities

On Monday, January 29, 2018, from 10:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. EST, TRB's Truck Size and Weight Limits Research Plan Committee will conduct a public webinar on research priorities for improving estimates of the effect of changes in size and weight limits on performance and costs of bridges and pavements. Panels of experts will discuss research priorities, research methods, and associated data needs, to help the committee formulate its research plan on these topics. The committee is developing a research plan to improve methods for evaluating alternative truck size and weight limits. The project is sponsored by U.S. Department of Transportation.
