High Line Corridor Pneumatic Waste-Management Initiative: Pre-implementation Planning Study
The New York State Energy Research and Development Authority (NYSERDA) has released a report that examines barriers to implementing the High Line Corridor Pneumatic Waste-Management project in the Manhattan manufacturing district. This project seeks to transport three waste fractions (refuse, recyclables, and organics) from adjacent buildings, as well as from litter bins, to a collection terminal.
