The 2009 Announcement, available in September, will contain information on how to register for the meeting and how to obtain hotel reservations through the TRB Housing Bureau. (Please do not contact hotels directly for reservations as they have been instructed that they will receive a rooming list from the TRB Housing Bureau.)
