SHRP 2 Capacity Project C02: A Systems-Based Performance Measurement Framework for Highway Capacity Decision Making

Project C02 is developing a framework to integrate performance measures into the collaborative decision-making process for increasing highway capacity. Emphasizing environmental and community measures, the project will create a Web-based library of performance measures that are linked to key decision points. This presentation, developed by the contracting research agency, provides an update of progress in this project.
