Program
The TRB Annual Meeting program covers all transportation modes, with more than 5,000 presentations in nearly 750 sessions and workshops addressing topics of interest to all attendees—policy makers, administrators, practitioners, researchers, and representatives of government, industry, and academic institutions.
A number of sessions and workshops will focus on the spotlight theme for the 2015 TRB Annual Meeting, Corridors to the Future: Transportation and Technology.

Annual Meeting registrants receive complimentary use of TRB Annual Meeting Online, a collection of information resources from the 2011-2015 TRB Annual Meetings. The technical papers from the 2015 Annual Meeting are available now. The posters and presentation slides will be available in early March.

Use the Interactive Program to assist you in deciding which events to attend during the Annual Meeting. Search events by subject area, day, session or paper title, keywords, program participant name, committee, event type, and other features. Registrants gain access to meeting room names and the option of creating and downloading their personal program after entering the email address they used to register for the meeting. Please note that the synchronization or sharing of personal schedules between the Interactive Program and Annual Meeting App (available late-November) is a feature not supported by the two systems. |

Welcome & Attendee Orientation Session
Sunday, January 11, 2:30 p.m. - 4:00 p.m.
Convention Center
Whether you’re a first-time attendee, or are a long-time veteran of the TRB Annual Meeting, you are invited to come and learn how to make the most of your time at the meeting. Offered are a brief overview of TRB, tips on navigating the Meeting and on networking during the meeting, the role TRB can play in career development, and how to become involved in TRB activities and committees. Refreshments are provided, and it is an opportunity for attendees to meet each other and TRB leaders from similar areas of interest. |

Young Professionals Reception
Sunday, January 11, 9:00 p.m. - 10:30 p.m.
Convention Center
Co-hosted by the TRB Young Members Council (YMC) and Young Professionals in Transportation (YPT), this networking reception is open to all young professionals and supporters to discuss career development and to meet peers from around the country. Light refreshments will be served. |

Thomas B. Deen Distinguished Lecture and Presentations of Awards for Outstanding Papers
Monday, January 12, 6:00 p.m. - 7:15 p.m.

The Deen Distinguished Lectureship award recognizes the career contributions and achievements of an individual in areas covered by the Transportation Research Board's Technical Activities Division. Honorees present overviews of their technical areas, covering the evolution, status, and prospects for the future.

Chairman's Luncheon
Wednesday, January 14, Noon - 2:00 p.m.
Convention Center
The Chairman’s Luncheon is the premier event of the Annual Meeting, drawing an audience of about 750 leaders in transportation from the public and private sectors throughout the United States and abroad. The program includes the introduction of new Executive Committee members and officers and presentation of TRB’s most prestigious awards.

Continuing Education Credits
Nationally recognized Professional Development Hours (PDHs) may be claimed for attending the TRB Annual Meeting. Each hour of participation earns one (1) PDH; attendees must maintain their own records of attendance. TRB will confirm an individual’s registration at the request of the licensing or certifying agency. A credit statement form for PDHs will be provided in the final program received onsite. Note that, at this time, neither TRB nor the 2015 Annual Meeting is certified with the New York or Florida state licensing boards. TRB will continue to work with state boards to become an approved provider of their continuing education credits.

The American Planning Association [APA] program to certify Continuing Maintenance [CM] credits for retaining American Institute of Certified Planners certification [AICP] has approved a number of sessions and workshops offered at the TRB 94td Annual Meeting.
