Photographic Traffic Law Enforcement
TRB's National Cooperative Highway Research Program (NCHRP) Legal Research Digest 36: Photographic Traffic Law Enforcement examines evidentiary rules in the states governing the admissibility of photographs and videotapes for traffic enforcement, and to develop model laws and rules that can be used by those states or local jurisdictions when adopting photographic traffic enforcement laws and regulations.
