Bituminous and Nonbituminous Materials of Bituminous Paving Mixtures 2007
TRB’s Transportation Research Record; Journal of the Transportation Research Board, No. 1998 includes 17 papers that explore the dynamic modulus of asphalt mixtures, rheology of asphalt films, asphalt binder moisture sensitivity, the bond energy of asphalt binders, oxidative aging of polymer-modified binders, and polyphosphoric acid-modified asphalt binders. This issue of the TRR also examines the role of viscosity in dynamic creep tests, lime and liquid antistrip agents effects on hot-mix asphalt, Superpave fine aggregate angularity, Sasobit and Aspha-Min additives in warm-mix asphalt, foamed bitumen mixes, warm-mix asphalt field performance, plant-produced reclaimed asphalt pavement mixtures, wax-modified asphalt, volumetric properties of hot=mix asphalt, crumb rubber asphalt mixes, and calcareous fillers' effect on bituminous mix aging.
Individual TRRs, which are published on an irregular basis throughout the year, consist of collections of peer-reviewed papers on specific transportation subject areas and modes. TRB's TRR Online service allows all visitors to identify papers of interest and review abstracts of those papers. Access to the full papers is available to service subscribers and employees of TRB sponsors. Papers may also be purchased on an individual basis.
Printed copies of TRR Journals may also be purchased on an annual subscription basis. Each year, TRB publishes approximately 45 volumes of the TRR Journal, containing more than 800 papers grouped by subject.
