Success Stories within the Road Transport Sector on Reducing Greenhouse Gas Emission and Producing Ancillary Benefit
The European Environment Agency (EEA) has released a report that explores six projects —implemented in the Netherlands, the Czech Republic, and the United Kingdom—that were designed to help reduce greenhouse gas emissions and contribute to the European Union's medium and long-term targets on climate change. According to the EEA, the projects also helped improve air quality and reduce noise.
