Recommendations for the Proposed Heavy-Duty Vehicle CO2 Standards in the European Union

The International Council on Clean Transportation has released a report that provides recommendations to improve the environmental outcomes of the proposed standards from the European Commission (EC). In May 2017, the EC issued a regulatory proposal that would set initial carbon dioxide (CO2) emission standards for new heavy-duty vehicles sold in the European Union.
