Automated Road Transportation Symposium 2021

Convened by TRB, the 2021
Automated Road Transportation Symposium (ARTS21) on July 12-15, 2021 online is the continuation of TRB's annual summer symposia on automated vehicle systems.
This Symposium will continue to build on the previous symposia with discussions on the topics of shared mobility; cybersecurity; urban mobility planning; safety; artificial intelligence, and more. The Symposium will also provide a focus on issues impacting the federal, state, and local departments of transportation resulting from road vehicle automation advancements.
Pete Buttigieg, U.S. Transportation Secretary is an invited keynote speaker. Participants will also hear from Chris Urmson, Aurora Innovation
cofounder and CEO; Robert Sumwalt, National Transportation
Safety Board Chairman; and U.S. Senator Gary Peters of Michigan.
Registration is open through the end of the conference with options to join for multiple days or a single day.
