TR News 343: Vibration Mitigation Boosts Structure Life and Budgets

Building upon TRB National Cooperative Highway Research Program IDEA research, the Valmont TR1 Mitigator vibration damper was designed to support traffic signal structures that have been increasingly observed to be susceptible to vibrations resulting from both normal and extreme wind conditions.
