Continuing Project on Legal Problems Arising Out of Highway Programs (Superseded)

The National Cooperative Highway Research Program Project 20-6, established to meet the need for the analysis and evaluation of operatiing practices and legal issues associated with highway projects is described. Part of the products of this Project (20-6 ) is the 4- volume "Selected Studies in Highway Law." The contents of these volumes are listed in this digest. Published papers from this study are also distributed through the NCHRP Research Results Digest series. New topics of current interest will continue to be researched, and the text will continue to be updated and supplemented. Topics currently approved for research but not yet completed are listed.
