The Australian Transport Safety Bureau has released a report that explores the second part of a study on the contribution to safety made by the flight operations divisions of major airlines. The overall study investigates organizational structures and management processes. The report presents the results and analysis of an audit of the organizational arrangements of eleven of the twelve airlines participating in the study.
