Managing Transport Demand through User Charges: Experience to Date

The European Conference of Ministers of Transport has posted presentations that were made during its conference on managing transport demand through user charges on January 23, 2004, in London. The purpose of the conference was to examine experiences in managing transport demand through road user charges with the architects of programs that are already in operation or about to be introduced.
